Cachet Homes Foreclosure Filings in Peoria Communities - Another AZ builder in big trouble

On April 2, 2008 there were 316 notice of trustee’s sale filing (foreclosure filings), and Cachet Homes a Scottsdale AZ home builder was one of them.

According to my research Cachet Homes is in serious trouble, and more trouble might be on the way because Cachet Home's has several communities all over the valley.

A notice of trustee’s sale has been filed with the Maricopa county recorders office.  Around 70 lots at Aria at Vistancia are scheduled for auction on July 2, 2008.  RBC Centura Bank of North Carolina loaned Cachet Homes $17,500,000 dollars on December 30, 2004 and it appears Cachet Homes has defaulted on the loan.

As if that isn’t enough bad news for Cachet homes and RBC Centura Bank another notice of trustee’s sale was filed the same day with the recorders office to auction approximately 64 lots in Cachet Homes Blackstone community.  RBC Centura Bank had loaned Cachet Homes $14,000,000 dollars on December 14, 2005 for those lots.

Any further updates on Cachet Homes?   I don't want to get involved with an outfit that is going out of business!

Many thanks
