The Priciest Luxury Pre-Foreclosure in Maricopa on 3/18/2008 - Glendale

The method I am using to pick the priciest pre-foreclosure is based on the sale price the current owner purchase the home for.  Today it’s a home in Glendale (this is rare, generally its PV or Scottsdale).  This home is near the intersection of 59^th ave and Beardsley, 3444sqft, 4 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, private pool and spa and on ~17000 sqft lot.

The owners of this home (WAYNE A & TERECIA T PALMER), purchased the home on 4/17/2006 for $875,000.  The home is a Maracay home and original sold in 8/17/1993 for $250,080.  The home is currently listed on MLS for $650,000, some of the information I said above doesn’t match the information in the listing, I got my information from the county records.  The listing says a 3 car garage, but from the picture you can see it is definitely a 4 car garage.   See link below for info.
