Biltmore Estates Pre-Foreclosure

Today a record has been set (at least on this Blog) for the priciest pre-foreclosure home.  A home in the Biltmore estate near 24th street and Camelback, one of the priciest areas in the state of Arizona, got a notice of trustee sale recorded with the maricopa county office on 4/24/2008.  This home was purchased in August of 2007 for $8,250,000 by a Mr. Berrydane.  Mr. Berrydane had put a down payment of $1,650,000.  The remaining was financed through Washington Mutual Bank.  The property sits on ~ 1 acre lot and is 8246 square feet.  The property is currently listed for rent at $15,000 a month.  See link below for listing information and pictures:
