Stratland Estate Foreclosure on the way Higley/Germann Road

On April/8/2008 Law Firm Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C filed a notice of trustee's sale with the maricopa county recorders office naming Stratland Estates LLC of Scottsdale and First National Bank of Arizona as the Beneficiary.

According to my research, on July 22,2005 First National Bank of Arizona loaned Stratland Estates LLC $31,000,000 as a contruction loan for their Luxury Homes at Startland Estates in Gilbert.  Its appears that Stratland has defaulted on their loan and First National Bank is forcing the auction of the following parcels to recoup their money:

Parcel Numbers:

304-52-422 through 505, 507 through 511, 515 through 525, 531 through 533, 536 through 555, 562 through 591, 594, 603 through 610, 612 through 635, 639 through 662, 667, 669, 670, 679 through 682, 685 through 688, and 690 through 708.
