the broker and to whom/how they will represent the client. It basically states that a broker must exercise reasonable skill and care in the
performance of their duties and shall be truthful and honest to both the buyer and seller disclosing any facts that may be present. This document also states that the seller and buyer are still responsible to protect their interest, thereby should read all agreements to insure the documents express their understanding of the transaction.
